Step 1	Complete an On-Line Estimate Request or Call 713-455-5955

Step 2	We will then schedule an appointment with you to survey your landscape and determine how many zones (watering stations) will be needed to accurately irrigate your property. Note: All estimates are complimentary.

Step 3	Before we leave your property, we will present you with a written estimate, fully explaining all details of your proposed system, which comes with our three-year warranty. We will at this time present you with a list of at least 20 customer references. Note: All estimates are vailid for a period of 30 days.

Step 4	Upon your acceptance of the terms listed in the estimate, your signature and our signature on the estimate will then become the contract that is needed for us to get started. Note: For very large jobs a 25% deposit may be required.

Step 5	We will then schedule an appointment with you to begin work. Note: In the event that any lines are cut, we are responsible for any repairs.

Step 6	We will then make arrangements with the necessary utility companies to come and mark their lines on your property. This allows us to work around their lines and also spares you the inconvenience of disrupted service. Turnaround time is usually two to three days for getting your lines marked. Note: In the event that any lines are cut, we are responsible for any repairs.

Step 7	Our crew will show up early on the morning we are to start. We will work as efficiently as possible, giving complete attention to the installation of your system. We normally complete the total installation in two consecutive days. Note: At times, severe thunderstorms prevent us from 2-day completion.

Step 8	Upon completion of the installation, we will do a complete walk through of your system as well as an instruction on how to operate your timer. Complete payment will be made at this time. Your system will be warrantied for three (3) years from the date of completion. This includes all parts and labor. In the future, simply give us a call if you have any questions.
